The room was nice & had good space. They had a little kitchen area which was nice & a table. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was one of the best hot tubs we have been in. The water was hot. :) The pool temperature was warm! The hot tub has a water fall that leads to pool. The whole hotel smelled good & the breakfast was so good. The gravy was on point for the biscuits & gravy. Texas waffles were so good too.

we stay at this Hotel every time we come to Lubbock. always a great experience! staff is fantastic and accommodating. the pool/Hot tub is great. and breakfast is good.

The front desk service was exceptionally helpful, upon arriving and departing I came by myself left early morning the night service walked me to my vehicle I thought that was great.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hot breakfast was good. The location was excellent for us as we visited a sister in the Carillon Facility.

I liked that the rooms had alot of space, rooms are big. Beds were comfortable the hotel room was very quiet were we were able to sleep in peacefully. The breakfast was good coffee was great.

Great for dogs Suite was surprisingly large Very clean Quiet Had breakfast things A good deal overall especially if you have multiple people and needed the living area for work or separate activities

Very nice and well maintained. Indoor pool and hot tub great! Breakfast had several great options in addition to being warm and clean serving area. Rooms are large and beds are comfy.

We checked in easily. We were greeted by friendly staff. Everything was easy to find. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was was great too!

The welcoming staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when our magnetic keys did not work and we needed to have them rekeyed.
